Overnight & Daytime Parking

Parking directly at the Baird Center is an outrageous $20-$32/day. Do not pay this. Most surrounding lots are owned by Interstate Parking. If you reserve in advance, their license plate readers will grant you discounted entry.

• Daytime Parking: $6 - $8/day (Must reserve in advance).

• Overnight 24-Hour Parking: Reserve the 2nd & Plankinton Garage (two blocks away) for $84 for six straight days ($14/day) with unlimited in/out privileges.

🚚 SHIPPING & HIGH-VALUE FREIGHT

DO NOT mail packages directly to the Baird Center. They do not have a receiving department; your shipment will be refused or lost. Ship to your hotel or a local UPS store.

GSL Forwarding (Preferred Shipper)

Ship your pallets with GSL, and they will be waiting at your booth on Monday evening before you even arrive. Skip the loading dock hassle, finding pallet jacks, and dodging traffic.

• $550/pallet: States touching the Pacific or Atlantic Ocean.

• $500/pallet: All other states.

• $450/pallet: States bordering Wisconsin.

• (Rates based on up to 1,000 lbs per pallet. A flat $75 Trade Show Fee applies per total shipment.)

• Denver Route: After Milwaukee, GSL can store and ship your pallets directly to your Denver booth for $400/pallet.

🔒 SECURITY & RENTALS

Security & Lock-Up

Uniformed, unarmed security from AZ Preventive Crime Unit will be on-site 24 hours a day. We also provide an 8x8x8 on-site vault for overnight lock-up rentals.

Case Rentals, Tables & Lighting

• Table Rentals: $30 - $50 each when ordered in advance. (Prices jump to $100 if ordered on-site).

• VU Case Rentals: Quarter, half, and full-vision cases for $350 + tax. Must order before August 3rd to avoid a $100 late fee. Download VU Order Form

Permits

Wisconsin requires a $20 business license to charge sales tax.
